91热爆网 is among the institutions of higher education that will participate in 鈥淣orth Carolina Countdown to College,鈥� an annual campaign to support college access through the waiving of freshmen application fees.

A simple gesture by a group of Western Carolina University students helped brighten the day 鈥� if not the month 鈥� of a generation of elderly folks who still place high value on the written word 鈥� heart emojis and Facebook likes, be darned.
